Who it is for
A biotech that needs a senior in vitro biologist owning strategy and cannot yet justify, or cannot yet find, the hire.
Scope
Standing ownership of in vitro strategy: team meetings, CRO management, data review, the science behind the board slides, and working directly with your postdoc or scientist. Two tiers: about five days a month at $12,500, or about two days a week at $20,000. San Diego clients get up to two on-site days a month on the five-day tier and up to four on the two-day tier; travel is priced separately for everyone else.
Inputs
Access to your program, your data, your team and your CROs, and a single named point of contact.
Deliverable
The role itself, plus a one-page progress-and-decisions memo at the end of every month. That memo is the renewal document, and it is also what you hand a new investor who asks what changed.
Timeline
Monthly, billed in advance, three-month minimum, thirty days’ notice after that.

Employment. I am an independent consultant serving several clients; I am not an officer or a head of anything, and your public materials should not describe me as one.
Referred out
