Who it is for
A biotech outsourcing screening or model work with nobody senior sitting on the sponsor side of the call. Your CRO will run whatever you ask for. That is the problem this offer solves.
Scope
Selection. Write the RFP with a per-assay spec sheet, identify three to six CROs, run the calls, score them against a written rubric, and negotiate scope.
Oversight. Protocol review, plate-map and control sign-off, the weekly CRO call, data QC on delivery, and a written QC log you can cite to your board or an acquirer.
Most often this is neuroimmunology or neurodegeneration screening at a high-content CRO, MEA studies, and whole-blood, PBMC or antibody-functional studies at an immunology CRO.

The study you intend to run, the decision it has to support, your timeline, and the budget envelope.
Deliverable
An RFP pack and a scored shortlist at selection; a weekly QC log through oversight.
Timeline
Selection takes about two weeks. Oversight runs monthly, per study, for as long as the study does.
Why this is defensible
I take no fee, commission, equity, discount or other consideration from any CRO or vendor I recommend to you. That rule is in my agreement, not just on this page, and it is the only thing that makes a recommendation worth anything.
What is excluded
Running the study and negotiating your master agreement with the CRO. I negotiate scope and specification; your counsel handles paper.
